We are seeking a dedicated and professional Qualified Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting dentists/Hygiene Therapist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the smooth operation of the clinic. *Responsibilities*

* Assist dentists/Dental hygienist therapist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and sterilised.
* Provide high-quality patient care, including explaining procedures, offering reassurance, and ensuring patient comfort throughout treatments.
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
* Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure the clinic complies with health and safety regulations.
* Support with administrative duties such as ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
* Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms before and after procedures.
* Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless service delivery.

*Experience and Skills*

* Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred, though not essential – *training will be provided for the right candidate*
* *Experience with implant procedures is desirable but not required*; a willingness to learn and support these treatments is essential
* Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy, reassurance, and professionalism
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with patients and colleagues
* Good IT literacy to manage patient records and appointment systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time Permanent 3-4 days
