Associate Dentist (Full time / Part time). To start from October 2026 with opportunity for a ‘Golden Hello’.

Shanklin, Isle of Wight.

We are looking to welcome a GDC registered dentist to join our friendly team in our modern newly equipped practice in Shanklin, Isle of Wight. Our ideal candidate will help us provide both private and NHS dental services to our local community. We are an independent practice focussed on patient care with onsite experienced dentists, who are excellent mentors, dental foundation trainers and GDP appraisers.

Shanklin is a sunny seaside town located on the south-east coast of the Isle of Wight. It has long sandy beaches, beautiful parks, a well-established town centre and a variety of attractions for all ages. The practice is a 5-minute walk from the seafront and 10 minutes’ walk from Shanklin train station with links to Ryde and fast transfers to Portsmouth and Southsea.

We would like to offer a ‘Golden Hello’, up to £20,000, enhanced UDA rates, full and part time position with excellent remuneration for private work. Mentorship is available for GDC registered EU and PLVE mentee dentists.

Pay: £47,894.04-£160,358.14 per year
