*4 days per week: Monday Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday , 8am–5pm *

Academy Dental Care is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and commercially confident *Private Associate Dentist* to join our modern, fast-growing practice.

We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about cosmetic dentistry and skilled in guiding patients through their treatment journey — especially those who may not have previously shown interest in elective or aesthetic options.

A confident, patient-focused dentist who can provide:

* *Invisalign*
* *Composite Bonding *
* *Teeth Whitening*
* *General private dentistry*
* *(Preferred) Facial Aesthetics*

You must be:

* *Extremely confident converting consultations* into treatment uptake
* Comfortable discussing cosmetic options during *check-ups* as well as *initial consults*
* Skilled at educating patients who may not yet understand the benefits of cosmetic treatment
* Passionate about delivering a boutique-style patient experience
* Strong at communication, rapport-building, and presenting treatment plans
* Interested in growing your patient base with the support of our marketing team
* Be Active on social media *(especially Instagram)* as this will be used as your profile linked on our website

✔ *GDC-registered Associate Dentist* with experience in private or mixed practice
✔ Strong ability to *educate and engage patients* to help them make informed decisions about their oral health
✔ Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach
✔ Ability to *upsell* treatments such as *implants, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, whitening, and facial aesthetics*
✔ Willingness to engage with *practice marketing and social media* initiatives
✔ Passion for continuous learning and professional development
✔ Experience or interest in using *AI-powered patient engagement tools*
