We are currently seeking a Specialist Orthodontist or experienced DWSI to join us for two clinical days per week, with sessions available on Mondays and Tuesdays at our Godalming practice.

You will work alongside a skilled clinical team, using the latest technology including digital radiography and intraoral scanning, with ongoing support from an experienced Clinical Director who is invested in your success.

*The Opportunity*

As an *Associate Specialist Orthodontist*, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding care to both NHS and Private Patients, with a strong emphasis on private treatment.

Your role will include:

* Managing a varied and established patient list
* Providing a full range of orthodontic treatment, including:
* Fixed appliances
* Clear aligners, including Invisalign®
* Interceptive orthodontics
* Interdisciplinary treatment planning with general and specialist dentists
* Carrying out comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and patient reviews
* Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records in line with GDC and NHS standards
* Contributing to audit, clinical governance, and team development

*Who We’re Looking For*

We are looking for a clinician who combines strong technical ability with a genuine passion for patient care and teamwork.

You will ideally have:

* Availability to work on a Monday and Tuesday
* GDC registration as a Specialist Orthodontist or be a DWSI with 5+ years of orthodontic experience
* Previous experience in a mixed NHS/Private setting
* Proven experience with fixed appliances and clear aligner systems
* Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
* Strong organisational skills and a commitment to clinical excellence
