We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Dual Site Dental Practice Manager to oversee the operations of two busy dental clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of patient care, and driving practice growth across both locations. *Duties*
* Oversee the day-to-day running of both dental practices, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
* Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff across both sites, fostering a positive team environment.
* Manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing, and revenue optimisation to ensure profitability.
* Implement and monitor policies related to human resources, including recruitment, staff development, and performance appraisals.
* Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction by maintaining excellent service quality.
* Coordinate appointment scheduling, patient records management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop strategies to increase patient numbers and practice visibility within the community.
* Maintain effective communication between both sites to ensure consistent practice standards and shared goals.
*Experience*
* Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or dental setting is essential.
* Strong management background with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
* Experience in financial management, including budgeting and revenue control.
* Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to healthcare environments.
* Veterinary experience is considered a valuable asset but is not mandatory; however, familiarity with clinical settings is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
