Job Description

* Full time – based in Clacton
* 40 hours per week
* £14.56 per hour – shift rate and supplements applicable
* £20.00 per hour rail replacement
* 4 days per week

KonectBus, part of the Transport Made Simple Group, are looking to recruit PCV bus drivers to join our friendly team in our Claton depot. A range of full time positions are available for local bus services including school contracts.

We’re looking for candidates with a full category D driving licence and Driver Qualification card (CPC)

We cover the cost of all CPC training.

You must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, and you must bring a flexible, helpful and customer-focused approach to your work. We also need you to be confident using smartphone technology for walk around checks and to receive job details, as we are a digital-first business.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is an essential part of this job and successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) application. Application cost can be met by the employer.

All full-time drivers are guaranteed 40 hours pay per week. There are also flexible rota options available, and if you want, guaranteed overtime we’re happy to facilitate this.
